1. General information
These general terms and conditions of sale apply between the person visiting or making a purchase via www.leonia-cosmetiques.com and the company LEONIA COSMETIQUES:

These T&Cs may be subject to change; the applicable T&Cs are those in effect on the site on the date you place your order. They apply to the exclusion of all other conditions.
As LEONIA COSMETIQUES does not carry out any telephone canvassing, the provisions of the Consumer Code relating to telephone canvassing at home are therefore inapplicable to orders covered by these General Terms and Conditions.
2. Guarantees
The warranty on all our products is a manufacturer's or importer's warranty. It is limited to the replacement of the defective item. The warranty does not cover defects or their consequences due to use that is not in accordance with the product's intended use.
The warranty varies depending on the item. Return shipping costs remain the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
3. Price
All prices are listed in EUROS, including VAT at the current rate. If rates change, either upwards or downwards, these changes may be reflected in the price of the items. Prices are quoted freight collect unless otherwise stated on the website. All orders, regardless of their origin, are payable in Euros.
4. Payment
We only accept payments via PayPal accounts, as well as French (CB) and international (VISA or MASTERCARD) bank cards via Stripe for secure payment (compliant with the European PSD2 directive and strong customer authentication). Cards issued by banks domiciled outside France must be international bank cards.
In the event of fraudulent use of a bank card or non-payment, your information will be forwarded to the Public Prosecutor's Office for investigation.
An invoice will be issued by LEONIA COSMETIQUES and sent to the customer by email. It will remain available in their customer area.
The items ordered remain the property of LEONIA COSMETIQUES until full payment of the invoices.
5. Description of products
All our products are described as accurately as possible. We cannot be held responsible for any errors.
Any transaction not contested within one month cannot give rise to a claim except under the guarantee.
6. Transport, delivery
Shipping costs are listed in the summary before confirming your order; they vary depending on the weight and destination of the orders. The amount is subject to buyer approval before each order is confirmed.
Order preparation times are generally less than 48 business hours and delivery times are generally 48 hours. We are committed to making every effort to deliver the ordered products as quickly as possible.
Any delays do not give you the right to cancel the sale, refuse the goods or claim damages.
The products are delivered to the delivery address you provided during the ordering process. If the products need to be returned to us, they must be returned within two days of delivery. Any claim made outside this timeframe will not be accepted. In addition, product returns will only be accepted for products in their original condition (packaging, etc.).
If you have any problems, please contact us as soon as possible.
In the event of a delay in delivery, we disclaim all liability.
7. Customs fees
Any order placed on the site and delivered outside of France may be subject to possible taxes and customs duties that are imposed when the package reaches its destination. These customs duties and possible taxes related to the delivery of an item are your responsibility and at your expense. We are not required to verify and inform you of applicable customs duties and taxes. To find out about them, we advise you to contact the competent authorities of the country of delivery.
8. Withdrawal period
You have seven working days from receipt during which you can refuse the order.
Before returning any merchandise, always contact us for validation.
The return of the order must be made in the original packaging with a copy of the invoice.
Any merchandise used by the customer (opened care product) will not be returned or exchanged.
The cost of transporting the returned equipment will be your responsibility.
Reimbursement will be made within 30 days.
9. Applicable law
This contract is subject to French law. The language of this contract is French. In the event of a dispute, the courts of Nantes (Loire Atlantique) will have jurisdiction.
10. Retention of title clause
The products remain the property of LEONIA COSMETIQUES until full payment has been received by our company. Until this date, the delivered goods are considered consigned.
In the event of non-compliance by the buyer with one of the payment deadlines, LEONIA COSMETIQUES, without prejudice to its other rights, may obtain, by registered letter, the return of the goods at the buyer's expense until the latter has fulfilled all of its commitments.
11. Liability
The products offered comply with current French legislation and the standards applicable in French territory.
The photographs, texts, graphics, information and characteristics reproduced and illustrating the products sold are not contractual. Consequently, LEONIA COSMETIQUES cannot be held liable in the event of an error or omission in one of the presentations or in the event of modification of the characteristics of the products by the suppliers.
LEONIA COSMETIQUES cannot be held responsible for non-performance of the contract in the event of out of stock or unavailability of the product, force majeure, disruption or total or partial strike, in particular of postal services or means of transport or communication, flood or fire.
Furthermore, hypertext links may lead to sites other than the leonia-cosmetiques.com site; the company disclaims all liability in the event that the content of these sites contravenes the legal or regulatory provisions in force.
