White Tea
White tea is the world's most powerful antioxidant. Its polyphenols, three times more present than in green tea, protect skin cells against free radicals responsible for aging and their degradation. A true Swiss Army knife of beauty, white tea hydrates and plumps the skin. It also helps detoxify the body and regulate toxins present in the body and on the epidermis.

To preserve all its flavor and precious antioxidants, it is recommended to infuse your white tea at a temperature below 75 degrees, and for a maximum of 5 minutes.
- Bring the water to a boil.
- Place the white tea at the bottom of a teapot. Pour hot water over it.
- Let it infuse for a few minutes (2-3 minutes)
- Enjoy!
Tips: When tasting, avoid sweetening or adding milk to your white tea, in order to fully preserve the therapeutic qualities of the plant. Note that it is possible to infuse pure white tea several times! This even allows you to discover new flavors with each infusion. It can be enjoyed as a hot infusion in winter or iced in summer.
