I have a question, where should I send my email?

When will I get an answer?
We are open from 9:30am to 1:00pm and from 2:00pm to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday. Our team will respond as quickly as possible, usually within 24 to 48 hours. Response times may vary depending on the time of year (e.g., Christmas). If you haven't received a response for a while after sending your email, please feel free to send us a private message on Facebook (@leoniacosmetiques) or Instagram (@leoniacosmetiques).
Delivery of my order
Where can I have my order delivered?
For mainland France, the Customer has the choice between several delivery methods, the costs and times of which vary:
Delivery times are the sole responsibility of the Carriers and under no circumstances can the Seller be held liable in the event of non-compliance with delivery times.
For other countries offered as destinations, fees vary depending on the weight and destination of the orders. The amount is subject to buyer approval before each order is validated.
Is my online payment secure?
The Léonia website is completely secure. Our website URL is prefixed with "https," which certifies and attests to the complete confidentiality of your banking information.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Order preparation times are generally less than 48 working hours and delivery times to mainland France are generally 48 hours (2 working days). We are committed to doing everything possible to deliver the products ordered as quickly as possible.
When an order contains both out-of-stock and in-stock products, it will be shipped once the out-of-stock products are restocked.
How do I track the delivery of my order?
Once your package has been shipped by Léonia, you can directly access the tracking of your order via the colissimo platform by entering your tracking number received by email.
I would like to change the contents of my order, how do I do this?
If the order is validated and shipped: it is no longer possible to modify the contents of the order.
I made a mistake in the address of my order, what should I do?
Products are delivered to the delivery address you provided during the ordering process. However, if your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us by email at contact@leonia-cosmetiques.com to specify the address to be used.
I would like to change my delivery method, is this possible?
Once the order has been shipped, this is no longer possible. However, if this is not the case, please contact us by email at contact@leonia-cosmetiques to specify the desired delivery method.
I want to cancel my order, is this possible?
To cancel your order, contact us within 24 hours.

What payment methods are accepted?
To pay for your order, you can use different payment methods: bank card, PayPal and Léonia gift card.
My Leonia account
How do I create my Léonia account?
To create a Léonia account, click on the little man in the top right corner of the window on the home screen (second button near the 10% off envelope). You will then have the choice between logging in or creating an account. In the "register" section on the right, enter your email address and click "register". A password will then be sent to your email address. Your personal data will be used to support your experience throughout this website, to manage access to your account, and for other purposes described in our privacy policy .
How do I access my account if I lost my password?
To retrieve your Léonia password, go to the top right of the home screen. Click the little man (second button near the 10% off envelope). In the "Login" section, click "Lost your password?" Enter your username or email address and click the "Reset password" button. You will receive a link by email to create a new password.
How do I subscribe to the newsletter?
If you would like to receive the Léonia newsletter, click the first button in the top right corner (the envelope). Enter your email address in the corresponding window, and you are now subscribed to the newsletter!
I would like an invoice for my order, how do I do this?
The invoice is sent directly by email upon order confirmation.

Returns
Can I return a product?
If the products need to be returned to us, you have seven working days from receipt to refuse the order. Any claim made outside this period will not be accepted. In addition, product returns will only be accepted for products in their original condition (packaging, etc.).
- Before returning any merchandise, always contact us for validation.
- The return of the order must be made in the original packaging with a copy of the invoice.
- Any merchandise used by the customer (opened care product) will not be returned or exchanged.
- The cost of transporting the returned equipment will be your responsibility.
- Reimbursement will be made within 30 days.

Are Léonia products certified organic?
The ingredients in Léonia skincare products are natural and certified organic by Ecocert to respect our bodies and our health. Key guarantees include: environmentally friendly and human-health-friendly production and processing processes, the development of the green chemistry concept, the responsible use of natural resources, respect for biodiversity, the absence of petrochemical ingredients, the absence of GMOs, and recyclable packaging.
Are Léonia products vegan?
Léonia products are entirely vegan, meaning they contain no ingredients of animal origin: milk, eggs, honey, beehive products, etc. No animal testing is carried out. All Léonia cosmetics are certified Vegan by the Vegan Society.
Are Léonia products cruelty-free?
None of our ingredients are derived from animal exploitation or tested on animals. Léonia products are therefore cruelty-free.
Where are Léonia skincare products made?
Léonia treatments are manufactured in our laboratory located in Morbihan.
Are Léonia treatments made in France?
Research and development takes place in Paris. Léonia skincare products are created and manufactured in western France and are therefore Made in France.
Where does the white tea in Léonia treatments come from?
The white tea used in Léonia's products is harvested in the high mountains of Yen Bai Province, Vietnam. The 100% women's cooperative manually harvests our precious white tea by climbing the original wild tea bushes and then processes it on site.
Is the packaging recyclable?
Our packaging is entirely eco-responsible. We have chosen to favor glass for most of our containers.
