The recipe for iced white tea

To prepare iced white tea - which will serve as the base of the cocktail - opt for cold infusion.

What is cold brew?
It's simply the act of infusing white tea in room-temperature water (around 18°C). Cold infusion is the optimal method. Unlike hot infusion, it preserves all the health benefits of white tea. The delicate aromas of white tea are also more fully revealed with cold infusion. This method limits bitterness and reduces the concentration of theine.

How to prepare a cold infusion of white tea?

For a one-liter carafe, count ten grams of white tea . Fill the carafe with cold water and let the white tea steep for at least 2 hours . Use spring or filtered water. Then remove the tea leaves and place the carafe of white tea in the refrigerator for a few hours. Is your tea iced?

It's time to start preparing your cocktail. Here are 5 recipe ideas that will spice up your summer and perhaps even give your first taste of mixology a try.
